科学发展观是社会发展、经济发展和自然生态发展的统一，技术创新生态化也是当前时代科技发展的必经之路。本文从科学发展观内涵中的发展的要义，以人为本的核心理念以及全面、协调和可持续发展的等方面对技术创新生态化进行解读，并找到技术创新生态化和科学发展观的契合点。进而从思想观念上、技术层面上及制度层面上探析技术创新生态化的实现路径。
