Abstract
China’s management and control on rare earth export are mainly through export tax and export quota. the implementation of these policies has indeed limited the export and raised the price of rare earth in a certain extent, but also led to the western countries’humiliation. Rare earth case in 2012 has made the rare earth export tariff and quota become the proceedings focus. This rare earth case is not a good news to China, and the adjustment on tariff and quota should be prepared for changes.关键词
