The Calculation of Shandong’s Contribution Rate of Scientific and Technological Progress and Strategies Research

Abstract
According to the Cobb-Douglas productivity function and Solow residual method, this paper calculates the effect that scientific and technological progress on economic growth from 1990 to 2011 in Shandong. Based on the results of calculation, we provide relative strategies for science technology development of Shandong in the future.关键词
