Abstract
Obtain mining rights is to obtain the right to use mineral resources, mining rights market access qualification is to mining rights people need to have the relevant qualifications laws and regulations, the two are different, our law does not make a strict distinction, in this paper, on the obtain mining rights and mining rights market access qualifications are discussed, and the relationship between the two are discussed.关键词
