摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of artificial femoral head replacement for senile intertrochanteric frac-tures.Methods Hemiarthroplasty was used in treatment of 15 cases of intertrochanteric fracture.Results All pa-tients were followed up for 12 to 24 months.X-ray showed fractures reduced;hip function recovered well without loos-ening,dislocation.No deep vein thrombosis and other complications were found.According to Harris hip score:ex-cellent in 11 cases,good in 3,and fair in 1.Conclusions Intertrochanteric fractures with poor physical fitness can be treated with hemiarthroplasty with advantages of less trauma,short bed time and early ambulation,fewer complica-tions,and clinical efficacy is good.关键词
