摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of calcaneal locking plate in treatment of SandersⅢ,Ⅳcalca-neal fractures.Methods The L-shape lateral incision combined with calcaneal locking plate were used in the treat-ment of 28 patients with calcaneal fractures (3 1 feet).Results 28 patients were followed up for 6~24 months.Be-fore and after surgery and after six months,Bhler angle,Gissane angle and calcaneal width,height were different statistically (P<0.05 ).According to the Maryland foot score efficacy evaluation,the results were excellent in 29 feet,good in 2.Conclusions L-shaped incision and calcaneal locking plate for calcaneal fractures provide good effect.关键词
