摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of proximal humeral locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.Methods 42 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with locking plate fixation using free-hand drilling and plate leveling techniques.According to Neer system,there were 14 cases of two parts fractures,25 three parts fractures,and 3 four parts fractures.Traditional Chinese medicine was used in the perioperative period.Results All cases were followed up for 5 ~14 months.All got union in 12~24 weeks.1 case got humeral head necrosis.According to Neer function scoring system,the results were excellent in 15 cases,good in 21,and fair in 6.Conclusions Proximal humeral locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine are effective in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.关键词
