Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1 in patients with white le-sions of vulva
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors ( Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1) in the tissue of white lesion of vulva ,and to explore its significance in the pathogenesis of white lesions of vulva.Methods Biopsies from 39 patients with white lesions of vulvar (11 cases with LS,19 cases with SH,9 ca-ses with SH and LS ) were collected and the level of Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry . And normal vulgar tissues from 11 healthy patients were recruited as control .Results The immno-positive of Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1 were positive correlative relationship .Conclusion The abnormal of VEGF receptors ( Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1) in the tissue of white lesions of the vulva maybe play an important role in the etiology of this disease .关键词
