Abstract
Objective To describe the characteristics of intraventricular block induced by treadmill exercise test (TET)and investigate the diagnositic values for coronary heart disease.Methods The results of the coronary angiography in 50 patients with intraventricular block induced by TET were analyzed.Result The incidence of intra-ventricular block was 3.34%.4 The coronary artery stenosis was detected in 14 patients (28%);and the intraventric-ular block with normal coronary arteries was observed in 36 (72%)patients.Conclusion The diagnostic value of intraventricular block induced by TET for coronary heart disease is confirmed and varied with types of intraventricular block.关键词
