中老年2型糖尿病患者握力与人体测量指标及血清蛋白含量的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between handgrip strength and body height , body weight ,BMI,waist circumference ,serum albumin and total protein content in middle-age and aged patients with type 2 diabetes ,and evaluate relationship between handgrip strength and nutritional status in type 2 diabetic patients .Meth-od A total of 451 people aged more than 40-year were randomly chosen .The body height ,body weight ,waist circum-ference and handgrip strength were measured ,then BMI was calculated .The contents of total serum protein and albu-min were also detected from the fasting blood samples .Results The handgrip strength was positively correlated with body height,body weight,BMI,waist circumference and serum albumin in middle-age and aged patients with type 2 diabetes(P<0.01,P<0.05).Moreover,the right handgrip strength was positively correlated with total serum protein (P<0.05),but the correlation between left handgrip strength and total serum protein was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Handgrip strength could be applied as a method of prescreening nutritional status in mid -dle-age and aged patients with type 2 diabetes .关键词
