Abstract
Objective Idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias tends to occur in patients without structural heart disease.The aim of the study was to investigate the heart rate variability in patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhyth -mias ( IVA) .Methods Patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias who underwent catheter mapping and radio -frequency catheter ablation were admitted to the hospital during March 1998 and December 2012 .The heart rate varia-bility in patients with different origins of IVA were retrospectively analyzed and compared .Results A total of 116 pa-tients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias were selected .originated from the RVOT was 80 cases,LVOT 12 cases, left ventricular septal 9 cases,right ventricular inflow tract 7 cases,the other left ventricular 8 cases.Of all patients, there were no significant differences in the PVC frequency ,SDNN,SDANN,RMMSD,PNN50,LF,HF between the dif-ferent groups .Also,no significant difference was found for gender .There were significant differences in the proportion of patients between patients with LF/HF>1 and patients with LF/HF<1(47/116 vs 69/116,P<0.05).Conclusion The differences of heart rate variability in patients with different origins of IVA were found ,which suggests that the ANS may play a different role in development of IVA .关键词
