腹腔镜辅助完整结肠系膜切除术根治右半结肠癌的有效性评价
The feasibility of laparoscopy-assisted complete mesocolic excision for right colon cancer

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety and short-term effects of laparoscopy-assisted complete meso-colic excision(CME)for right colon cancer.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases underwent laparoscopy-assisted CME for right colon cancer from February 201 1 to October 2013 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results All the operations were successfully completed.The mean operative time was (153.7 ±21.6)mins,the number of cleared lymph nodes was 16.3 ±4.2,the mean blood loss was (131.8 ±40.5)mL,time to first flatus was(4.7 ± 2.1)days,and the mean size of tumor was (5.0 ±3.1)cm.In these 40 patients,there was one case of bleeding,three cases of lymphatic leakage,two cases of wound infection and one of lung infection.Conclusion Laparoscopy-assisted CME for right colon cancer is safe and feasible,it was worth popularizing.关键词
