大型雷达装备使用可靠性评估
Research on a Service Reliability Evaluation Method of Large Radar Equipment
摘要
Abstract
In order to find the weaknesses of restricting reliability and improve the large radar equipment quality,a reliability evaluation model based on its importance is proposed.The service reliability of large ra-dar equipment is evaluated by the method based on field failure data.First of all,the characteristics of large scale radar equipment are analyzed.On this basis,the reliability evaluation system with three-layer assess-ment indicators is established by AHP,then the reliability indexes are calculated by mathematical statistics based on life distribution model of the same style failure.Finally,the mean time between failures of the sub-systems and the whole system is obtained by weighted fusion method to evaluate reliability of the radar.关键词
