Abstract
In view of weak links in current intellectual property management of large equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, based on the analyses of successful cases of the independent intellectual property rights creation of SMMC and intellectual property man-agement experience of the equipment manufacturing enterprises, independent innovation and intellectual property management strategy for equipment manufacturing enterprises were pre-sented based on macro management, property rights catalogue, ability of independent inno-vation, key technology, publicity and training. The results provide reference for large equip-ment manufacturing enterprise intellectual property management.关键词
