Abstract
On the basis of the low fertility of China, regression analysis was made of its factors in policy, marriage structure, economy and culture as well as its consequences in population scale, population structure and population quality. Suggestions and measures are offered in increasing the cost of divorce, promoting social welfare system, and highlighting division of gender roles.关键词
