Current construction of low-carbon, ecological and oil-and-gas-based cities and countermeasures-a case study of Daqing
摘要
Abstract
To solve low-carbon cities’ construction problems, an inductive analysis was made of main problems in oil-and-gas-based cities’ construction based on the situation of Daqing. Suggestions are put forward as follows: to promote the development of non-oil in-dustry, to construct learning city, to strengthen the low-carbon economy’s system construc-tion and to establish the low-carbon economy development zones.关键词
