Abstract
C ollege students' poor em ploym ent quality and enterprises' hard to em ploy suitable talents are the com m on phenom enon in the process of students' em ploym ent at present. A ccording to this contradiction, through analyzing the relation betw een em ploym ent quality and talents' training quality, this paper puts forw ard the reform ing thought of talents' training m ode faced w ith the im provem ent of em ploym ent quality, taking the exam ple of softw are technology m ajor. It focuses on im proving talents' training quality through the enhancem ent of practical training link.关键词
