“公司化”运营的高职动漫实训模式全真化探索
摘要
Abstract
The form of college-enterprise cooperation and w ork-study com bination is helpful for increasing students' vocational skills and em ploym ent ability. B ased on this, starting from the actual condition of higher vocational anim ation m ajor, this paper explores the practical training m ode w ith "com pany operation", including the reform of practical training teaching m ode, the reform of practical training teaching content, the construction of practical training base and the construction of teaching staff. Professional education is com bined w ith enterprise production closely, regarding productive practical training as one effective teaching m ethod and em ploym ent preparation approach. Those attem pts have gained certain experim ental result, enriching the experience of talents' training m ode reform in higher vocational anim ation m ajor.关键词
