摘要

Abstract

The training goal of higher vocational colleges aim s at cultivating skilled talents w ho can w ork after gradation. H ow ever, the existing training m odel has disadvantages, so that the vocational colleges cannot accom plish the goal very w ell. W ith the num ber of college graduates increases every year, the em ploym ent com petition is very serious. H igher vocational students don't have high education like undergraduate. If their skills are also not perfect, they can't achieve "zero transition"after graduation. H igher vocational graduates' com petitiveness is greatly reduced. B ased on this, the training m ode of com pany operation is brought in actual teaching, so that students can learn from doing through real project, and im prove their practical skills needed by post.
