Abstract
W ith the developm ent of econom y and the progress of society, talents' m arket com petition becom es m ore and m ore severe in our country. C ollege students' em ploym ent problem s have got social concern. In 2009, the general office of the State C ouncil issued a notice of the em ploym ent of college graduates, regulated by the governm ent leverage, to help college graduates obtain em ploym ent successfully. W ith the governm ent's intervention and social im provem ent, the em ploym ent problem of graduates gradually get som e ease, but still exist m any problem s. It should analyze higher vocational students' characteristics and em ploym ent psychology in details. Through various efforts of society, colleges and fam ilies, it can increase students' quality and strengthen their ability to help them enter into society successfully and find their w ork post for becom ing social useful talents.关键词
