摘要
Abstract
C olleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating m odern talents, as w ell as the im portant forefront of m oral education construction. A s the m ost basic and relatively fixed "units" in college culture, students' dorm itory is the m ain place for students to show their nature vividly. The condition of students' dorm itory education m anagem ent plays an im portant guiding role for college students to cultivate behavior habit, healthy psychology and build healthy personality. B ased on this, it puts forw ard the content and m ethod of strengthening dorm itory culture construction. It should perfect dorm itory m anagem ent m echanism , and pay attention to the effect of counselor dem onstration. It should cultivate students' self-m anagem ent ability, and strengthen the training of psychological com m ittee. It should perfect the construction of college students' dorm itory m anagem ent team , and increase financial input reasonably to prom ote the overall strength of hardw are environm ent of dorm itory.关键词
