Abstract
According to them arket demand, Fuxin higher training college reform s refrigeration and cold storage major:adjust the professional training objective, construct the capacity structure in answer to the talents market needs; optim ize curriculum system , strengthen the adaptability according to the post change needs;strengthen practical teaching and increase post ability in conformity with post skills standards. After the reform the students can adapt to the society easily, the transition from school to society is shorter. The initial employment rate and professing rate are improved.关键词
