Abstract
At present, the social demand for children's English education talents is becoming bigger, the specialized demand is higher and higher, but the higher vocational colleges lack the cultivating experience for this profession, and are still in its infancy. It is necessary for children's English education talents training to have profound college-enterprise cooperation, optimize the practice teaching system inside and outside school, have clear objectives, actively organize and construct, carry out in-depth market research, and reform teaching to cultivate "useful and retained" children's English education talents.关键词
