Abstract
Higher vocational education in China still has a long way to go, some problems still exist: insufficient understanding of vocational education, insufficient investment, weak foundation, and poor operating conditions. The management system , school running system and education teaching quality can't meet the needs of econom ic construction and social development. This article from "vigorously develop vocational education" of the 17th party congress report to the 18th report of"speed up the development of modern vocational education" perspective, profoundly interprets the new aim and new connotation of vocational education reform and development endow ed by the new added word "modern" and from "em ancipating the mind, reform and opening up" ,"positive innovation, courageous pioneering" ,"improving the study style, studying for application" three angles expounds how to reform the modern higher vocational education.关键词
