Abstract
In higher vocational colleges vigorously promoting volunteerismand the development of voluntary service has become the important aspect of practice education and campus culture construction in the contemporary higher vocational colleges. The expertise that young college students have is an important force to promote voluntary service into professionalism. Based on this, the paper mainly fromthe ideological education, quality education, skills training and other aspects analyzes the significance of voluntary service in terms of practice education in higher vocational colleges. Starting frommanagement mode and systemmechanismconstruction, it puts forward the development thought and strategy of voluntary service in higher vocational colleges.关键词
