现代职业教育校企合作中产业文化育人的研究

Abstract
The developm ent law of vocational education requires that vocational education need the extensive participation of the enterprises, school-enterprise cooperation in running schools. It needs to jointly shoulder the training responsibility, and integrate the cam pus culture and enterprise culture to cultivate a new generation of industry technical personnel. Through the profound integration, m ulti-level cooperation, innovative talent training m ode, it displays fully advantages of industry culture education, highlights the effect of industry culture education, fully reflects the essence of vocational education, further enhances the pertinence and adaptability of the skills training, and prom otes the developm ent of C hinese vocational education reform .关键词
