Abstract
C olleges and universities counselors' professional quality is an im portant factor in counselor professional developm ent. B ased on the definition of college counselors professional quality connotation, the paper elaborates the professional quality from four aspects including the ideological and political quality of college counselors, physical and m ental qualities, theoretical know ledge quality, ability quality, then proposes the governm ent and universities should create a favorable policy environm ent for universities and colleges counselors, counselors should continue to enhance self-aw areness, focus on their ow n learning and strengthen their practice choice to enhance the professional quality level.关键词
