Abstract
In recent years, institutions of higher learning are promoting the innovation team construction gradually; the purpose is to im prove their technology innovation ability and level. The higher vocational colleges as a special group of higher education, is also actively exploring a development way suitable for their own innovation team . On the basis of defining the connotation of the innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges, focusing on some problems in the construction of other colleges at present, with the policy as the guide, the innovation as the goal, the project as the base, the service as the starting point, the paper proposes some ideas and concrete methods for innovation team construction in com bination with the actual situation in Liaoning Jianzhu Vocational University.关键词
