Abstract
Objective:To study the quality of life of patients with psoriasis and the influencing factors of patients ’ quality of life .Methods:The Dermatology Life Quality Index ( DLQI ) and Psoriasis Disability Index ( PDI) were adopted to evaluate the life quality in 72 patients with psori-asis.Severity of psoriasis was assessed by the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI).The impact of severity of psoriasis on quality of life in psoriasis patients was analyzed by variance analysis .Re-sults:The aspect of work and study in patients had the highest scores in both DLQI (1.69 ±1.31) and PDI(2.92 ±2.61);The PDI scores were significantly higher in males than those in females ( t=2.73, P<0.05) , the DLQI and PDI scores were also higher in severe patients ( PASI>10) than those in mild patients(0<PASI≤5)(DLQI:t=0.72;PDI:t=1.45;both P<0.05).Con-clusion:Psoriasis is a physical and mental disorders , it affects the quality of life of patients espe-cially their work and study .The most important influencing factor is the severity of the disease . The more severe the disease is ,the greater impact on the patients .关键词
