Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of the reported incidence of gonor-rhea in Shenzhen City , and to evaluate the degrees of influence .Methods:From October 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009, a total of 2534 patients from Dermatology & STD Department , Obstetrics-Gynecology , and Urology outpatient clinics in 34 hospitals were participated in the study .The unt-ested-rate, undetected-rate, false-positive rate, non-response rate and adjusted incidence were calculated , and the degrees which they affected the reported incidence of gonorrhea were assessed . Results:The Neisseria gonorrhea untest-rate of patients in clinics was 7.3%.The undetected-rate, false-positive rate and non-reporting rate were 62.3%, 18.6%, 6.2%, respectively .The number of gonorrhea patients reported by clinic doctors only accounted for 37 .1%of the real gon-orrhea patients in this study .Conclusion:The untested-rate, undetected-rate, false-positive rate and non-response rate all affected the reported incidence of gonorrhea in different degrees .The re-ported incidence only account for 37 .1%of the real incidence without other influencing factors .关键词
