核心情态动词在法律英语中的使用及翻译研究
On the Usage and Translation of Core Modal Verbs in Legal English
摘要
Abstract
The paper intended to study the core modal verbs’display and usage discipline in the constitution of the United states of America and Constitution of the People’s Republic of China. Taking the constitution of the United States of America and Constitution of the People’s Republic of China English vs. Chinese version as study language source materials and making use of Winword’s looking for&guidance function, by statistics、an-alyze、comparing, it aims to find out the core modal verbs using characteristics in these two constitution. The core modal verbs displays the same usage discipline but subtle difference.关键词
