Effect on Flavonoid Content by Different Extraction Method in MahoniaBealei
摘要
Abstract
Total content of flavonoids has been determined by spectrophotometric method using soxhlet extrac-tion method and ultrasonic extraction in Mahoniabealei. The results show that extraction efficiency using ul-trasonic extraction is higher than using soxhlet extraction method under the same processing conditions. The content of leaf is the highest . The content is 2.596%, 2.881%, 4.506%in root, stem and leaf respectively.关键词
