摘要
Abstract
The scraped surface ice generator experimental studied,The different concentrations of sodium chloride solution crys-tallization experiments processes and phenomena was discussed.The experimental results show that:For a concentration of 3% to 5% sodium chloride solution was prepared to take the ice slurry,the highest energy efficiency coefficient can reached to 1.9.Pu-rified water and sodium chloride solution during the experiment,there is a certain degree of sub cooling before crystallization be-gan,and with increasing concentrations of the freezing temperature linearly decrease,compared with the theoretical,since the salt solution of sodium chloride at a low temperature prone to crystallization,under the experimental solution crystallization point tem-perature is higher than the theoretical temperature.关键词
