叶片出口安放角对油涡轮性能的影响
Relationship Between Outlet Angle of Blade and Performance of Oil Turbine
摘要
Abstract
According to basic structure and operating principle of oil turbine components , the relation equation between energy conversion and geometric parameters of oil turbine were established .And the variation law of effective shaft power of oil turbine with outlet angle of blade was presented .Combining with the research of oil turbine of 1000 MW steam turbine unit ,the multi-op-eration conditions numerical simulation was performed by CFD software when the outlet angle of blade is 22.5°, 18°, 13.5°and 10°respectively.The result of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation indicates that as the outlet angle of blade decrease in a certain range, the oil turbine effective shaft power will increase , and the “n-NT”curve is more flat.It can not only meet the design requirements but also have better stability .It is shown that the analysis methods with presented equations can laid some foundation for improving the design of the oil turbine .关键词
