基于流场计算的螺旋离心泵叶轮静力学分析
Static Analysis of Screw Centrifugal Pump Impeller Based on Flow Field Numerical Simulation
摘要
Abstract
In order to invest the vibration characters of the screw centrifugal pump impeller , the 3-D model of screw centrifugal pump flow field were set up first .The steady turbulence flow in the pump was simulated under the design condition to get the pressure distribution on the surface of the blades .Then founded the finite model of impeller and the static pressure and modal a-nalysis were set using sequential coupling technique based on the simulation result .The results show that the maximum equivalent stress occurs at the blade connected with the hub and the intensity of impeller satisfies the design requirement ;the maximum de-formation of the impeller occurs at the edge of the blade inlet;the deformation domain is enlarged with the frequency ascended . The eign frequencies of impeller are far more larger than the working frequency , so the pump will not resonance easily in the run-ning process .关键词
