摘要
Abstract
The numerical simulation to the transient flow field of the scroll compressor is performed by local deformation coupled with remeshing in CFD dynamicmesh technique .In the simulation, air is treated as a compressible ideal gas , and follows the flow governing equations as well as the equation of gas state .The RNG k-ε model is used for turbulent model .The time-periodic flow field of the scroll compressor is analyzed .The generation , motion and size change of the vortices inside the scroll compressor could be visualized from the simulation .Flow near wall is described by wall function method .The flow loss is effected obviously by the opening and closing of the vent hole .The simulation calculation very vividly revealed the scroll compressor internal law and provides the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the scroll compressor .关键词
