摘要
Abstract
Based on CFD,the energy consumption in the multi-stage and multi-outlet centrifugal pump was analyzed in this pa-per.We found that the flow field of the stage in the downstream of the pump outlet was in the self-loop state accompanied by obvi-ous vortex and large energy loss,when the outlet was set in the middle stage of overall pump.In order to analyze the energy con-sumption of this part quantitatively,we removed the domain in the downstream of the outlet,then carried on the simulation and performance prediction,and got the results of the energy loss through the comparison with the original model.The results showed that along with the series increased in downstream of the pump,the head changed little,but overall efficiency declined significant-ly,and the average efficiency loss of each stage was reduced.关键词
