祛痰活血汤干预大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝及其作用机制研究
Study of the interventional effect of Qutan Huoxue decoction on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in rats

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of QutanHuoxue decoction on rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and its possible mechanism. Methods:60 healthy male SD rats were randomly divid-ed into normal control group(group A),model control group(group B), Qutan Huoxue decoction low dose group(group L), medium dose group (group M), high dose group (H group), and positive control tiopronin group(group K). At the end of 10 week all rats were sacrificed, the liver function (AST, ALT), blood lipid(TG,TC)were tested, and paraffin sections of liver tissue were made to observe pathological changes and the expression of NF- kB. Results: Compared with group A, serum lipid levels and liver function, liver pathologic inflammatory activity, hepatocyte NF-κB expression index in group B were significantly increased (P< 0.01); compared with group B, all the above indicators in group L,M,H and K were significantly reduced or mitigated (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qutan Huoxue Decoction can significantly reduce liver steatosis and blood biochemial indices, im-prove liver function,regulate lipid metabolism, and reduce the expression of NF-κB in liver tissue,and the latter may be the mechanism of prevention of non-alcoholic fatty liver.关键词
