摘要
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Chihong Bufei capsules. Methods: With the active ingredient paeoniflorin of water extract and the yield of dry extract as indicators, HPLC and orthogonal design were used to optimize the water extraction process. Results: The best water extraction process was: soaked 60 min with 12 times of water, decocted 3 times 2 h each. Conclusion: Using the above water extract process,the yield of paeoniflorin is get high and stable.关键词
