扶肾泄浊法对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响
The effects of Fushen Xiezhuo therapy on microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialytic patients

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of Fushen Xiezhuo therapy (by means of Shenxiankang Granules)on nutritional and microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialytic patients. Methods: 40 Patients with maintained hemodialysis were randomized into treatment group , treated with Shenxiankang Granules plus general treatment,and the control group only received general treatment. 3 months later, the weight, AMC, Alb,PA,TC,TG,HDL-C, LDL-C,Hb, CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were checked. Results: In treatment group ,dry body weight,MAMC,Alb,PA and Hb were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05),while the levels of CRP,TNF- α and IL-6 were decreased (P< 0.05). Dry body weight, MAMC, Alb, PA and Hb of treatment group were signifcantly higher (P< 0.05),while the levels of CRP, TNF- α and IL-6 were lower than those of control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C had no significant change in both groups (P﹥0.05). In control group, levels of CRP,TNF- α and IL-6 were higher after treatment, but without statistical significance. Conclusion: Fushen Xiezhuo therapy can improve the maintenance hemodialytic patients' nutritional and microinflammatory state, and can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events through stimulating appetite and inhibiting the production of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α.关键词
