中药熏蒸结合穴位按摩治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with acu-pressure on apoplexy spastic paralysis. Methods 60 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia spasticity were randomly di-vided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases),both groups received conventional nursing for encephalopathy. The treatment group received herbal fumigation and acupoint massage. The limb spasticity, motor function and self-care ability were compared. ResultsThe recovery of limbs motor function and self-care ability were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group with statistical significance (P< 0.05). ConclusionAcupoint massage therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively al-leviate the high muscle tension, improve limb spasticity and raise the life quality of patients.关键词
