摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of wet compressing of Chinese medicine in prevention of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. Methods: 76 cases of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into experimental group (using Chinese medicine) group and normal group (using magnesium sulfate),occurrence of phlebitis were observed. Results: In experimental group phlebitis occurred in 6 cases (15.8%), while in control group 24 cases (65.8%). There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Wet compressing of Chinese medicine can reduce the incidence rate of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis,and relieve the discomfort.关键词
