摘要
Abstract
The TCM“preventive treatment of disease”theory emphasizes the importance of prevention before disease,avoidance of unfavourable change after ill,and preventing recurrence after recovery. This paper discusses the role of this theory in construction of a clean and honest administation and culture. It is an important theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence of corruption, controlling its development,and eliminating its recurrence.关键词
