Talent resource is the first resource in the knowledge economy era .Colleges and universities as the cradle of all kinds of talents cultivation ,shoulder the important task of training high quality innovation talents .The new situation ,new test determines the new mission of improve administrative soft power ,also determine the necessity of enhance the level of scientific party construction in colleges and universities ,for the purpose of education in colleges and universities of the plat-form and carrier to the particularity of determines the importance of party construction in colleges and universities .Enhance the level of party construction in colleges and universities scientific research from multiple perspectives ,multiple aspects .关键词
