Abstract
The reform of every stage was opened by significant innovation and making a breakthrough in theory by holding a comprehensive view of the course of the reform in the economic field since our country had reformed and opened to the out-side world .These theoretical innovation and making a breakthrough established important theoretical basis for promoting the reform to go deep into constantly .The process of the reform of our country in the economic field was a process of interaction of theoretical innovation and making a breakthrough and exploring of practice again and again .关键词
