摘要
Abstract
A brief review of Chinese university journals’ history had shown its distinctive features of the time .Its tenacity to survive and to prosper over hardship had done an indelible contributions to national rejuvenation and development ,which guaranteed the significance for journals in maintenance and sustainable development .This paper probed into status quo of university journal in four aspects of the publica-tion features ,the proportion ,the distribution and the quality .And then ,it described the publishing value ,management system ,running mechanism and modes so as to find out solutions to current problems and the predicament .So journals should be time -advancing and inno-vative for holistic and sustainable progress in new historic epic and for national rejuvenation by technology innovation and education improve-ment .关键词
