Abstract
Product recall system is traceable to the automobile recall system of 1966 in America .And food recall system ,as a result of prod-uct recall system’s development ,is established relatively late in China .Its implementation aroused questioning due to its law -making defi-ciencies .Based on the analysis of its necessity and problems in the system ,some suggestions are also proposed .关键词
