Abstract
AIM: To evaluate the surgery skill and efficacy of retrograde lacrimal intubation on treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with nasal endoscopic. <br> METHODS: Totally 45 patients ( 52 eyes ) with chronic dacryocystitis in this study received retrograde lacrimal intubation by nasal endoscopic, and the tube was removed after placing 2-3 months. The efficacy was observed after surgery. <br> RESULTS: All operations on the patients were conducted successfully, and no serious complications during and after surgery.41 eyes ( 79%) were cured, 4 eyes ( 8%) were improved and 7 eyes ( 13%) had no effective improvement.The effective rate was 87%. <br> CONCLUSION: Retrograde lacrimal intubation on treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with nasal endoscopic can make the surgery safer, easier and less injury.关键词
