原发性闭角型青光眼滤过术后白内障的手术观察

Abstract
AIM: To explore the clinical effect of cataract phacoemulsification in eyes with filtered primary angle closure glaucoma ( PACG) . <br> METHODS:Forty-eight patients (48 eyes) with cataract with filtered PACG received phacoemulsification, and were followed up for 3-12mo to observe the visual acuity, intraocular pressure ( IOP ) , and postoperative complications situation. <br> RESULTS: Postoperative visual acuity improved obviously, 85% patients reached to 0.3-0.8.All cases have normal IOP. There was no significant effect on postoperative IOP, which was within normal range.No serious complications happened. <br> CONCLUSION: Cataract phacoemulsification after anti-glaucoma surgery can significantly improve visual acuity, have no impact on IOP, filtering blebs and have fewer complications.It's safe and effective.关键词
