摘要
Abstract
Age-related macular degeneration, also called ARMD, is a chronic progressive disease that occurs mostly in people over the age of 50, which is the main blinding eye disease in the elderly in developed countries, also the main cause of irreversible visual impairment in developing countries. The ARMD includes geographic atrophy and choroid neovascularization. While its specific etiology and pathogenesis unclear, most scholars believe that ARMD is a multifactor disease. The relationship between Toll-like receptor 3(TLR3) and ARMD becomes the study hotspot, this paper summarize the research progress of this spot.关键词
